Through storytelling, dialog and workshops, the students get an insight into the time when Esrum Monastery was teeming with life.
Together we experience the monks’ everyday life, where they lived under the motto Pray and Work. Dressed in monk’s robes, we go to prayer inside the monastery. In the writing workshop we make homemade ink and draw with it. Finally, we’ll explore the area around the monastery and look for some of the things the monks used in their everyday life.
