Recruitment
If you apply for a position with us, we will process the information provided in your application, CV and other enclosed documents. It is not necessary for you to write your CPR number.
The purpose of processing personal data about you in the recruitment process is to assess whether you are a qualified candidate for a vacant position with us.
We process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, which is to assess your qualifications and competences in relation to the advertised position (databeskyttelsesforordningen art. 6, stk. 1, litra f).
Applications and attachments may be stored for up to 6 months after the recruitment process is completed, after which your data will be deleted. The purpose of storage after the end of the recruitment process is to safeguard interests in the event of any complaints of discrimination, differential treatment etc. during the recruitment process.
If we wish to store your application with attachments for possible future employment, this is based on your consent (databeskyttelsesforordningen art. 6, stk. 1, litra a).
Disclosure of information
We use a number of third parties to store and process the data, including IT solution providers. They only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
In relevant cases, personal data is disclosed to e.g. the social economy organisation Fonden Kilden, which runs the café at Esrum Kloster & Møllegård, banks, accountants and lawyers.
We use data processors/suppliers for the processing of personal data. We prioritise suppliers from the EU, as well as from third countries that the EU Commission has approved in relation to the level of protection of personal data, cf. Article 45 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Disclosure of data to insecure third countries
We also use some data processors/suppliers in insecure third countries. When third country legislation does not offer the same security as the EU, we have stricter obligations to protect your data.
