Open every Monday during school holidays (winter holidays week 7, Easter, Pentecost and summer holidays, fall holidays week 42 and Kr. Ascension Day and Constitution Day), for the summer vacation starting in weeks 27-32.
The Mill Cafe:

The kitchen is open between 11:00 – 15:00. Outside kitchen opening hours it is possible to buy hot and cold drinks, a selection of cakes and a homemade sourdough bun with butter and cheese.
