Grab your family and neighbors and join us for a communal meal at Esrum Kloster & Møllegård. The Møllecafé's talented chefs and STU students are behind the menu.
Arrive in good time. We serve the food at 18:00.

Cozy and tasty communal dining in Møllecaféen. Students are at the forefront in both kitchen and café.

Dhal (lDhal (lentils) with chicken and carrots, served with a yoghurt dressing

Meatballs in celery sauce, served with potatoes and cabbage slaw

November menu:

Red wine–braised pork neck with root vegetable mash.
We finish with a little something sweet for the palate.

Baked salmon with white cabbage, dill cream sauce and potatoes

Beef in red curry and coconut milk with rice
