I drive to the area myself. Where can I park?
Can I access the site in a wheelchair?
There are disabled parking spaces in the parking lot and a disabled elevator in the Water Mill. There is also a disabled toilet in Klostergården, as well as ramps to Møllecaféen and Klosterbutikken. But let’s be honest: it’s hard to get around many places in a wheelchair. In the monastery building itself, there are only stairs and there are cobblestones in the courtyard.
Admission is free on presentation of a companion card.
Can I use the site with a stroller?
Yes, but access can be difficult in different parts of the grounds: there are many stairs in the monastery building itself and cobblestones in the courtyard.
Where can I find the toilet facilities/changing area?
There are toilets in the Møllecaféen, inside the monastery building and in the Water Mill. There is a baby changing station in the disabled toilet in Klostergården.
How do I connect to your guest Wi-Fi?
There is free guest Wi-Fi inside the buildings. Turn on Wi-Fi on your phone and select ‘Esrum Gæstenet’.
