Half and full day meetings
A half-day meeting
- Items up to 4 hours within Møllecafé’s opening hours
- Includes lunch and either breakfast or sweets for afternoon coffee. Room rental is included in the price
Price: 495 kr. per person
A full day meeting
- Lasts up to 7 hours between 09:00 – 16:00
- Includes breakfast, snacks, lunch and sweets for afternoon coffee. Room rental is included in the price
Price: DKK 695 per person
Two different rooms
The Mill Hall
- Space for 50 people
- Bright room with exposed beams
- Direct access to patio
- Presentation screen, Apple TV, HDMI input
- Wireless internet
- Can be rented without a meeting package (Price: DKK 125 per person max 6 hours)
The Hunt Room
- Seating for 12 people at meeting table
- Cozy room with antlers on the wall and open (disused) fireplace
- Presentation screen, Apple TV, HDMI input
- Wireless internet
- Can be rented without meeting package (Price: 1250 kr. max 6 hours)

Being a good host
Møllecaféen is run by the social economy company Fonden Kilden, where talented STU students and employees in sheltered employment are supported by competent professional staff.
Møllecaféen hosts your meeting and takes care of the catering.
They can of course accommodate allergies and special catering requests.
